The following returns policy is only applicable to garments that have not been personalized with embroidery or print decoration. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on these items.
All returns should be sent to the following address:

J&S Products will not be held liable for the loss of any returned items/parcels. We recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting and take out adequate parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is the result our error.
Damaged Consignments
Consignments which are delivered damaged must be signed for accordingly and notification made to us within 3 days of delivery.

All orders returned back to J&S Products are automatically refunded back to the original payment method account.
Exchanges
If you would like a replacement item (alternative size or colour) we will re-order with no fee to you for Post and Packing to orders within the UK on 1 occasion per transaction - please ensure the course of action you require is documented within the parcel.
